As the project needed great expertise, Coronet immediately established a special project team. Technical members studied the blueprint and sent a preliminary proposal to the client. Sale members communicated with them for project modification. The proposal was accepted after multiple discussions. The client demanded that the scaffolds should be able to bear force up to 60KN, which is a requirement that ordinary scaffolds could not meet, so we developed a new type of supportive scaffold T60, called the C60. It was difficult to develop a new scaffold system because there were a series of problems to solve, e.g. molds manufacture and material supply. Moreover, the Spring Festival holiday was coming, which made it harder to guarantee a 4000-ton supply of special materials. Coronet overcame all obstacles and managed to finish the product development. The products passed the bearing capacity test and perfectly met the client’s requirements.
